Oh this card makes me happy...and I hope it makes my co-worker happy too! I thought this pattern from the Wondercolor Wonder DSP was a good match to Crisp Cantaloupe so I stamped the Flower Shop flowers in Tangerine Tango onto Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock.
I stamped the Hardwood background stamp in Crushed Curry onto Daffodil Delight cardstock after running it through the Big Shot with the Hexagon Hive die. Oh, how I love this die! To the flowers I added a Crushed Curry center punched with the Itty Bitty Punch Pack and a pearl.
Because I used the Naturals Chevron ribbon, I used Crumb Cake as my accent color for the banner, leaves and card base. It's a good neutral to tone down the bright shades of the other colors.
Because there are many people at work who need to sign this card, I added two panels to the inside and took care to line up the strips of DSP across the bottom. I used another Flower Shop image on the inside in Crisp Cantaloupe as well as a few from Fabulous Florets in Daffodil Delight.
