Cherry Dijon Bliss PP313

Hi friends!  It's another week at The Paper Players and the lovely Laurie is our hostess with a fun Clean-and-Simple Challenge:
It doesn't feel like fall outside here but we're loving all the fall foods...especialy pumpkin spice!  Having just made a pumpkin card recently, I wanted to feature apples this go 'round.
This is a retired SU set called Perfectly Preserved that I still love.  With matching dies, it makes quick work of the apples and the stem!  I went very clean-and-simple here with a simple row of the apples and a dotted line from the Mixed Borders set.
I wanted you to see a close-up of these colors as they are so pretty together!  Cherry Cobbler, Delightful Dijon and [retired] Blackberry Bliss.  The stems and background paper are Old Olive and the sentiment and dots are Soft Suede.  It was a fun little card to make!

I know that the rest of the design team have some yummy inspiration for you so go check them out over at The Paper Players!  We'd love to have you play along with us before the challenge closes on Friday, September 23rd at noon.  Thanks for stopping by, friends!

One of my favorite SU sets too. Great idea with the 3 apples for the CAS look and I like the tattered edges.

Oh Nance, this is sooooo perfect! CAS perfection! I saved that stamp set, too. One of my favs. I just love the way you popped that one apple and added the twine! The tattered edge adds so much, too! GREAT card, My friend! No fall yet in Atl, either! XXX

Nance this is so sweet. I have that set too. I really love anything with apples in the fall. Such a sign of crisp fresh air in the FALL. PLUS.... Our apple pie bake is coming up soon and so happy your mom will join us again this year before her return south!
Will I just Love all the FALL apples, leave, books, pencils, etc. stamp sets. I just wish my grandkids lived closer so I could be making items for them to take to school! Hugs.

Sweet little apples, love the 3D one as well. Guess I'm one of the few that did not get this set when it was available, I'll have to borrow yours when I need a cute apple stamp.

Nance I absolutely love this! Your little trio of apples is so cute, especially one with a little bow, and the distressing of the white layer is perfect. What a CAS beauty!
