The Best Nana Ever! {PP108}

Happy Sunday, friends! Sorry to be a little late with my Paper Players project today.  Sometimes life gets crazy, right?  Anywho....It's color challenge week and Ann has a fabulous one for us:
These colors were perfect for a little gift box I needed.  See, my wonderful mom is visiting us this week to help while my traveling husband is back in Africa.  She will spend the whole week with our daughter while I am at work--we call it "Nana Camp"!
Here is her little Best Nana Ever present!  Ann's colors were the perfect match for the Blue Ribbon stamp set that was sitting on my desk crying out for some ink!  I paired the Matchbox Die with Crumb Cake & Not Quite Navy,
using the Take a Ticket wheel in Crumb Cake ink on the outside part of the box.  I also made a rosette from Crumb Cake DP to sit between the layers of the blue ribbon stamp set.  A blue ribbon is so quick and easy with this stamp set because the scallop circle and inside circles all coordinate with a punch--love that!
And, I couldn't forget the inside!  Here, I just cut a piece of Not Quite Navy cardstock and scored two lines on both sides to form an insert for the box.  I finished it off with another stamp from the set and an Itty Bitty Banner for express our thanks.  A little bit of Crumb Cake seam binding ribbon strung between two punched holes made sure that the Pandora little girl bead doesn't roll around in the box.  Cute?  I sure had fun making this little box--and I am pretty sure it will be big hit!

The design team knocked these colors out of the park so be sure to stop by for a visit.  Then, I hope you'll go get crafty and join us for the fun!  Just make sure to load your creation to The Paper Players before Friday, August 17th at Noon (PST).  Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Nance & Arden (& Todd, even though he's away) I love my Pandora little girl charm to add to my beautiful bracelet, a great memory keeper of our "Nana Camp" but I'd come to visit anyhow. I love the presentation box, it's absolutely adorable, all the little details and of course now I have to order this stamp set too!
Luv,
Mom
