Lovely, Amazing You & the Paper Players {PP235}

Hiya friends!  This week at The Paper Players, Anne Marie has a beautiful color combination for us...take a look:
These colors are so pretty together and while I was tempted to use them for some gorgeous flowers, I had a different stamp set that was begging to be used:
This fun photopolymer set, Lovely Amazing You, just arrived in my mailbox this week and I couldn't wait to use it.  The little envelope stamp is so cute and I wanted to make it look like the feathers and wishes were coming out of it.  There's not a ton of stamping on this one but lots of pretty layers I thought you would want to see...
Three different designer papers, two different ribbons and I even managed to work in some washi tape too!  Don't you just love the style of the font in this set?  Love that handwritten look!  You can see here the fussy-cut envelope--so cute!  I'm going to have to cut this one short today.....you're reading it on Sunday but I typed it on Wednesday before we left for a camping trip!  As I'm typing this, I really need to go pack!

I do hope you'll stop by and check out the rest of the Design Team inspiration over at The Paper Players.  We would love for you to join us before the challenge closes on Friday, March 13th at Noon (PST).  Thanks for stopping by today!

  2. Wonderful card, Nance! I love how your envelope is sending soft feathers. The layers are perfect for this card as well. This stamp set just arrived on my doorstep and now I can't wait to play with it. When I read that you were camping this weekend, I thought "Yikes!" then realized that people can do that this time of year when they live in the south! LOL Hope you are having a great time!!

  11. What a cute set Nance - you get some great monthly photopolymers in the USA, I only wish we could get them here too! I love how you combined it with the thread, papers and washi tape along back and 'filled' your envelope with the feathers and button - very cute! Also nice to see how these colours can be used in a very non-floral way.
